Nutshell desktop aggregator
Nutshell’s a .Net based aggregator. It has a ticker bar that appears at the top of the screen which is kind of nice, but doesn’t allow me to scroll down the full list of all posts within a certain channel (at least as far as I can see). No river of news, no use to me.

There’s a newer version posted since this review. I had no problem with a long list in a channel, and a river can be created by clicking the expand button to show all descriptions at the same time – coupled with the Today channel, and it’s a good newspaper. I’m not sure if it could handle the number of blogs in your opml, that would be a good test.
